We pack carefully and dispatch from the UK. Live stock means what you order is what leaves the bench.

UK delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day where possible, otherwise the next working day.
Standard UK tracked delivery is available at checkout. Orders of £40 or more qualify for free UK delivery.
Singles and sealed are packed to protect corners and condition in transit.

Timing & tracking
You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, then another when it ships with tracking where available.
Weekends and bank holidays can add a day. If tracking stalls or something looks off, email us and we’ll sort it.
Good to know
- We only list live inventory — no ghost stock.
- Cards are condition-checked before packing.
- If an item is damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
