Bulk Submission Guidelines & Process

Card Requirements

All Pokémon cards must be in Mint or Near Mint conditionessentially “pack fresh.” This means no creases, bends, scratches, whitening on the edges or back, or any other signs of wear. Cards should be unplayed and ideally placed directly into storage after opening.

Only English-language cards are accepted. We do not accept cards in Japanese or any other language, and all cards must be 100% authentic Pokémon cards—no fakes or counterfeits.

When sending coins, they must be free from dents, scratches, or any residue.

Payment & Rates

Our bulk rates are updated regularly to reflect current market conditions and our inventory needs. Please ensure you’re aware of the latest pricing before submitting.

As long as your bulk arrives within 10 days of submitting the form, we’ll honor the rates listed at the time of submission.

Once we receive and inspect your bulk (usually within 48 hours), payment will be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Note: If any cards are found to be in less than Near Mint condition, or if we detect counterfeits, we’ll return the bulk to you at your expense. When in doubt, leave questionable cards out of your submission.

Submitting, Packing, and Shipping Your Bulk

Start by sorting and counting your cards and coins into separate categories, as listed on the submission form. Once completed, submit the form, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours confirming whether we can accept the bulk. This response will also include the mailing address and the payment amount based on the submitted quantities.

Please note: We do not cover postage costs. If your shipping costs exceed £10, we’ll refund half of the amount over that threshold.

For smoother processing, we recommend sorting cards by rarity as listed on the form. Grouping cards by set is not required, but it does help us check and count them faster, meaning quicker payment for you!

Bundle cards in groups of 50, 100, or 200 using secure materials like cling film, printer paper, or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage during shipping.

Packaging Tips:

  • Use a strong, sturdy boxideally double-boxed—to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fill any empty space with newspaper, bubble wrap, or similar material to keep bundles tightly packed.

  • Include a note inside the package with your name and the reference number from your confirmation email.

    • Standard Royal Mail covers up to £20; Signed For covers up to £50.

  • Over 2kg: Use a courier comparison site like Parcel2Go to find the best shipping option.
