• All card submissions must be accurately described, including condition, quantity, and card details.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and complete.
• Submissions are subject to review and verification upon receipt.

2. Card Condition

• Cards must be accurately graded according to the condition scale provided (Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor).
• Any misrepresentation of card condition may result in rejection of the submission or adjustment of the offer.
• Cards should be properly protected during shipping to prevent damage.

3. Offers and Payment

• All offers are made at our discretion based on current market values and card condition.
• Offers are valid for a specified period and may be subject to change.
• Payment will be processed according to your selected payment method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Store Credit) upon acceptance and receipt of cards.
• Store credit will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases.

4. Shipping and Receipt

• You are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
• Cards must be shipped securely and insured for their value.
• We are not responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit unless we have arranged shipping.
• Upon receipt, cards will be inspected and verified against your submission.

• If cards are rejected, they will be returned to you at your expense.
• Accepted submissions will proceed to payment according to the agreed terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kori Collectibles is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the submission process.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the offer made for accepted submissions.
